Hi, I am Alex DeMolles. I am licensed by the State of Rhode Island as a Doctor of Acupuncture (DA00129) and am nationally certified in acupuncture. I maintain a private practice in North Kingstown, R.I., which I opened in 2000. Over the past twenty two years I have helped many people return to health and recover from pain quickly and naturally. My specialty in acupuncture is pain relief however I treat many health conditions.
Helping you return to health is my mission.
I was trained at the prestigious Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. There I completed a four year program which consists of the five branches of classical Oriental medicine; acupuncture, herbal medicine, physical therapy, nutrition and exercise/breathing therapy. My training includes Traditional Chinese Medicine, Japanese Acupuncture, and a highly successful technique called the Balance Method. I use the latter for many pain issues and have tremendous results. My patients particularly like this method as I work away from the area of discomfort and draw the pain away. With this style you don’t have to change clothing and can choose to sit comfortably in a recliner or lie down on massage table, whatever is more comfortable for you. Additionally, energy starts flowing during the treatment so you can discuss with me what you are feeling immediately and changes may continue up to two days after your session. This is not to claim that your problem will be solved on your first acupuncture visit (although many have!) but you will definitely know whether acupuncture is going to successfully address your particular health concern. Very rarely does no change occur. Studies show that 95% of people respond favorably to acupuncture.
I do accept health coverage but also realize that many patients are paying out of pocket so I look for maximum results quickly, just as you are! My reputation and that of this medicine depend on resolving your health issues successfully. I promise you my utmost attention - expect excellence! I look forward to
meeting you.
